I absolutley recommend Fiona, Inspire Action Success. She has seen me through the "will I take a chance" stage, all the way to the success stage. She has helped me look after my business by looking after myself, and maintaining momentum, and I often quote her to my family and friends. I believe her background in Project Management gives her a deep understanding, and practical perspective, making her uniquely qualified to support anyone in business. I would give Fiona a 100 out of 10!!

Helen Marshall18/05/2020I have attended one of Fiona's online coaching sessions which gave me a lot to think about and focus on, as far as limiting believes and where I wanted to go next- as far as my own business goals. It was a brilliant, informative and friendly session with some other super ladies. I have had a follow-up 1-2-1 session with Fiona last week and she is so very direct, focused and to the point. By the time the session had ended I had a new time-table to work with, as I had asked specifically for time-management goals. Fiona is no fluff or just talk, but importantly she does give you solid direction and value. I haven't had any personal coaching before but found this experience to be highly beneficial which I am now acting on from day one. I would certainly recommend Fiona to you and I know I will be working with her again at some point in the future. Thank you so much Fiona for your generous time for me. I really appreciate it.

Harriett O'Mahony12/01/2020I had one session with Fiona toward the end of 2019. my goal was quite simple (yet so difficult for me!), I wanted to stop smoking, yet I've never made it past day 1 and I'd cave in each time and then feel horribly disappointed with myself Fiona was amazing, enthusiastic, encouraging, knowledgable and gave me, in a very short time, the tools I needed to fulfill my big longing! I took 10 pages of notes during my session which was the solid foundation I needed to get where I wanted to be. I'm delighted that I'm no longer smoking and I know deep down this time it's for good because my brain has been retrained, thanks to Fiona and her coaching skills. Fiona is worth her weight in gold and I cannot recommend her highly enough ♥️🙏♥️

Niamh Hogan18/09/2019I would highly recommend Fiona in Inspire Action Life Coaching. I had a one hour coaching session with Fiona. I was struggling to keep all the balls in the air, inability for "me" time and I was unsure of where to focus. Fiona is very calm and patient and gave me a clear workable idea of how to identify how I was spending my time. This has resulted in me becoming less stressed and also more productive.
